The rules every client, agent and artisan agrees to when they use Kreeb Hunt. These are the same commitments shown when you first sign in.

This User Agreement sits alongside our Terms and conditions, Privacy policy and Refund policy. By creating an account or continuing to use Kreeb Hunt, you agree to the commitments below for your account type.

For clients (buyers and renters)

Only pay agents and artisans through Kreeb Hunt so you’re covered by our platform protections. Artisan payments cover workmanship only (not materials) and are held until you confirm the job is done. Paying outside Kreeb Hunt violates this User Agreement and could put your money and account at risk.

Buying or renting? Before you pay, get your lawyer or legal officer to carry out a property search and due diligence on the title and documents.

For agents

Let’s win clients together. Clients choose agents they can trust. Here’s how the top agents on Kreeb Hunt work:

  • Call before every inspection Call your client the day before and again on the morning of the inspection to confirm the time and directions. A quick call prevents wasted trips.
  • Be polite and professional Greet clients warmly, keep to time and answer questions patiently. Clients rate you after every deal, and good ratings bring you more leads.
  • Follow up and remind Send check-ups and reminders through Kreeb Hunt before and after each viewing so no client is left wondering.
  • Keep your listings honest Use real, recent photos and correct prices, and confirm availability every Monday and Friday. Fresh listings rank higher.
  • Get paid for every inspection Clients pay a ₦10,000 commitment fee through Kreeb Hunt to book an inspection (sale and rent listings, not shortlets). It covers your logistics for the inspection. Your phone number is shown to them once they pay. After a successful inspection the client releases the fee and the full ₦10,000 is paid to you. If the client then pays for the property, the ₦10,000 is deducted from their payment and from your payout, since you already have it. If the client cancels before the inspection, they get it back. Add your bank account in Settings so we can pay you.

Working outside Kreeb Hunt means a permanent ban

Taking payments, swapping phone numbers or closing deals privately with clients you met here gets your account permanently banned. Off-platform deals also leave you with no payment protection, no record of the deal if a client refuses to pay, and no reviews to grow your profile.

By continuing, agents confirm: I understand I receive the ₦10,000 commitment fee after each successful inspection.

Agent agreement (signed during onboarding)

  • The answers I gave in the onboarding questionnaire are true.
  • I will only list properties I’m authorised to market, with real photos and accurate details.
  • I will confirm my listings’ availability every Monday and Friday and remove anything no longer available.
  • I will keep conversations and payments with clients on Kreeb Hunt. Taking clients or payments off the platform may lead to suspension and legal action.
  • I will treat clients professionally, turn up for inspections I agree to, and follow up on time.

For artisans

Let’s build your reputation. Every job is a chance to earn a 5-star review. Here’s how the top artisans on Kreeb Hunt work:

  • Call before every visit Call the client before any inspection or job to confirm the time, address and what they need. If you’re running late, let them know early.
  • Be polite and tidy Be respectful, arrive on time and leave the site clean. Clients review you after every job, and great reviews move you up the directory.
  • Agree the job clearly Your Kreeb Hunt price covers workmanship only. Agree materials and the scope of work in chat before you start, so there are no surprises.
  • Keep your availability up to date Confirm your availability every Monday and Friday so clients only book you when you can take the job.
  • Your commission is simple Kreeb Hunt’s commission is 10% on each job. The client pays upfront, we hold the money safely, and release it to you as soon as they confirm the job is done.

Working outside Kreeb Hunt means a permanent ban

Taking cash, swapping phone numbers or arranging jobs privately with clients you met here gets your account permanently banned. Off-platform jobs also leave you with no guaranteed payment, no record of the job if a client disputes it, and no reviews to grow your profile.

By continuing, artisans confirm: I’ll work with clients only through Kreeb Hunt and I accept the 10% commission on each job.

Breaking this agreement

Kreeb Hunt may warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break this agreement, and may cancel bookings or payments linked to the breach. If you see someone asking to move a deal off the platform, report it from the chat or contact support.
